Meeting called to order at 7:02pm
Approval of December 8, 2019 – 1st Jim Johnson, 2nd Andrea Bauer
Unfinished Business – Jim will work on a job description for Ref and Field Assignor. These two jobs will be rolled into one position and will be a paid position. Pay is dependent yearly performance and review of board
Uniforms – Mike will get Shelly connected with the interested people
Review of Director of Coaching evaluation forms. Looks good and will need to add philosophy to the description. This is a living document and will continue to be refined
Discussion on tournament for the year. Firecup dates are June 26-28, 2020 and there is a desire to send all Faribault Teams to this tournament. Mike will see if a discount can be had by sending multiple teams.

Meeting called to order at 7pm
Approval of agenda and January minutes – 1st Shelly, 2nd Keith
Review of field/ref coordinator and field maintenance positions. Jim will send out final draft and will approve at next meeting.
Uniform update – Shelly sent an email to the interested parties and received one reply from the three people. She will follow up again once teams are finalized
Blue and Black update – MYSA would like all age appropriate teams to be black. If teams are mixed ages then blue or best guess for placement
Ref and field coordinator pay agreed upon and position accepted by Jason
2020 team formation and discussion. Assigned tentative coaches to the teams
Mike will make a few calls to players/parents where teams could use a few more players

Shattuck Soccer camp for July discussed. We will move forward with the last week of July and ask Shattuck for Covid plan for the City
Discussion around DOC pay
Adding a training tab to the website
Search for new board members. Email will be coming out
Discussion on using the Association database for emailing outside normal Association activities. A vote was taken and passed 4-3

Meeting called to order at 1pm.

Presentation by Brendan on coaches for 2021. Too early to tell what the season will look like but there are coaches for several age groups
Approval of July 6, 2020 minutes by Jim 2nd by Shelly
P&L for 2020 reviewed and report accepted as presented
Ref and Field coordinator pay discussion for 2020. Motion by Jim to pay half and 2nd by Nick
Mike will set up a meeting between Troy Temple and Bill to review the possibility of Bill running the Association web page. Bill has some experience but wants to look at it first before committing
Next Meeting December 13, 2020 tentatively scheduled for 7pm @ Washington
