Supporting Our Players, Families, and Volunteers

Faribault Soccer Club is built on community involvement and shared responsibility. This page provides helpful information for families, volunteers, coaches, and referees—along with key resources that support a positive youth soccer experience.

DIBS / Volunteering

DIBS: How It Works

  • Volunteer opportunities are posted throughout the season

  • Families select and complete available shifts

  • Hours are tracked within the system

If you have questions about volunteer requirements or tracking hours, please contact the club.

Why Volunteering Matters

FSC is a volunteer-powered organization. Family involvement helps:

  • Keep registration fees affordable

  • Support program operations

  • Create a welcoming, community-centered environment

Volunteer opportunities may include:

  • Field setup and teardown

  • Concessions

  • Season/Game Day support

  • Tournaments and special events

Volunteer expectations and required hours (if applicable) are communicated during registration.
